How We Work

1. Who do you work with?

Anyone who needs quality branded gear. We outfit sports teams, clubs, athletes, schools, leagues, endurance races, golf outings, galas, festivals, competitions, employees, non-profits, education groups, retail franchises, fitness creators, social influencers, and more. If people will wear it, we can make it.

2. What is your typical project timeline from first brainstorm to delivery?

We can be flexible. Fast‑track projects can finish in as little as two weeks, while a full custom collection may take up to ten weeks. We plan ahead whenever possible, so you have the widest choice of garments, fabrics, and decoration methods while still beating deadlines.

3. What are the minimum order quantities?

Minimums are product dependent. We help you pick items whose minimums meet your budget and timeline. Some pieces start at five units while specialty or premium items may require up to one hundred.

4. How does pricing work, and what does it include?

We work hard to offer competitive pricing paired with premium customer service and partnership benefits. First, we learn your apparel goals and budget, and then we work together to develop the perfect products for your initiative. Every quote includes design, setup, production, and marketing support.

5. Can we direct a percentage of sales to charity?

Yes. We recommend a portion of every sale goes to a charity, booster club, foundation, or passion of your choice. Giving back is one of our core initiatives, and we love supporting your causes.

6. What does a typical project entail?

Step 1 – Discovery call to define goals, budget, style, and timeline. Step 2 – Product selection and design concepts. Step 3 – Select preorder sales window or bulk order collection. Step 4 – Production, quality checks, and final packaging. Step 5 – Delivery and recap with donation report if applicable.

7. What file types do you accept for logos and artwork? Still Have Questions?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF give the sharpest prints. If you only have a low‑resolution image, we can redraw it for a small art fee and return a new vector file for your future use.
